So, for those that don't know our little tradition. Ry and I "celebrate" our months together every month. We were married on August 12, so every 12th of every month is a monversary! I know... I know... just another reason to go out for dinner!
But it is not just a date opportunity, it is an all out competition to see who can say it first. Over the years, we have gotten really creative. From midnight alarms, to text messages, to elaborate set ups... the winner has bragging rights all month long. So you know it is something to look forward to each month.
Well, last night, or early this morning, my dear heart won November's monversary with a cute little note he left on my night stand.
I was down stairs trying to wrap up another round of clothes purging... (which by the way has taken me way too long this time around with 4 boys and 4 sizes and summer season to purge). So I didn't get to bed till like 1 in the morning. I was about to fall into bed when I noticed the sign propped up. I was so touched!
Though he miscounted the months (we are actually at 99 months)... I look forward to the next 99 + infinity to spend with this guy!!
